    PEB offers a variety of advantages over traditional construction work, starting from time and cost efficiency where manufacturing, assembling, and installation are happening at a single point. Moreover, every warehouse, factory, or retail space is custom-designed based on the needs of clients, with the use of durable and sustainable materials with minimal disruption of outside factors.

    The aerodynamically designed structures and panels are crafted to sustain the wind drag and the frames and connections are specifically immune against high wind storms. Sloped roofs and integrated gutter systems prevent water pooling and leakage that happens during heavy rainfalls.

    Every panel is designed to tolerate extreme sun exposure and thermal explosion. All PEB structures are designed with flexibility and durability in mind and are sufficient to endure all natural forces like snowfall, rainfall, seismic waves, thermal explosion, etc.

    There are no fixed restrictions or regulations related to size as PEB structures are primarily scalable and flexible. Pre-engineered steel buildings can be customized to make a small portable space unit, a kitchen cabinet a tall skyscraper, and a factory warehouse. Small-scale PEBs however might not be as cost-effective as large buildings because of the fixed rate of fabrication and transportation.

    While there are no strict limitations, extremely tall PEBs, and high-loaded structures might need additional reinforcements and robust designs, making traditional construction or hybrid methods more feasible.

    Flooring is not traditionally included in the PEB package. In standard Pre-engineered buildings, the primary focus remains on structural frameworks, walls & panels, roofing, and other accessories. However, flooring can be included as an add-on service based on the client’s needs.
